All services are custom, intellectual property-based, and involve substantial creative and professional input by RASHAD MIRZAYEV ELSHAD.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, drafts, concepts, and final deliverables are exclusive intellectual property of RASHAD MIRZAYEV ELSHAD.
No reproduction, distribution, resale, modification, or commercial use is allowed without written consent.
Clients must pay in full before using or sharing any deliverables.
Any unauthorized use will be treated as copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
Mirzayev Digital may showcase completed work in portfolios or promotional materials unless explicitly prohibited in writing.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are due as agreed per the order form or invoice.
Services will not commence until the agreed payment or deposit is received.
Refunds are not permitted once work has begun (see Returns & Refunds Policy).
Non-payment does not transfer intellectual property rights to the client.

4. Revisions and Approvals

Each project includes up to 2 revisions within the approved concept or style.
Requests outside the approved scope, or after final approval, are considered a new order and require additional payment.
Timelines for revisions are determined by RASHAD MIRZAYEV ELSHAD based on project scope.
Clients must review deliverables and communicate revisions in a timely manner.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide complete, accurate, and timely information necessary for project execution.
Respond promptly to requests for feedback or approvals.
Understand that delays, incomplete instructions, or indecision do not transfer liability to RASHAD MIRZAYEV ELSHAD.
Accept that all creative concepts and drafts remain the property of RASHAD MIRZAYEV ELSHAD until payment is complete.

6. Cancellations

Once work has begun, cancellations are not allowed.
Projects involve proprietary intellectual property, time, and professional expertise; therefore, mid-project cancellations do not entitle the client to refunds.
Any request to cancel is reviewed solely at the discretion of RASHAD MIRZAYEV ELSHAD.

7. Website Use & Restrictions

By using this website, you agree not to:

Interfere with the operation of the website
