Returns & Refunds Policy – Mirzayev Digital (RASHAD MIRZAYEV)

All services, content, and deliverables provided via https://rashadmirzayev.com are legally owned and controlled by RASHAD MIRZAYEV ELSHAD.
Mirzayev Digital is a brand name for marketing purposes only; it has no independent legal entity. All rights, ownership, and claims rest with RASHAD MIRZAYEV ELSHAD.

1. Applicability

• This policy applies only to services purchased directly from RASHAD MIRZAYEV ELSHAD via the website or associated platforms.

• Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Architecture and interior design

  • Graphic and branding design

  • Motion graphics and video content

  • Custom artwork, illustrations, or digital media

• All services are custom, intellectual property of RASHAD MIRZAYEV ELSHAD, and work begins only after order confirmation and payment (full or deposit).

2. Refund Policy

• Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable.

• Deposits may be considered non-refundable if the client decides not to proceed with the order after work has started.

• Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of RASHAD MIRZAYEV ELSHAD.

• Work delivered without full payment remains the exclusive property of RASHAD MIRZAYEV ELSHAD until the balance is paid.

3. Revisions

• Each service includes up to 2 free revisions within the approved style, concept, or design brief.

• Revision requests outside the approved style/concept, or after final approval, are considered a new order and require additional payment.

• Revision timelines are determined solely by RASHAD MIRZAYEV ELSHAD based on project scope and complexity.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Once work has started, cancellation is not allowed.

• Creative services involve intellectual property, ideas, and time investment; therefore, clients cannot cancel mid-project and claim refunds.

• Any request to cancel after work begins does not entitle the client to any reimbursement.

5. Intellectual Property Protection

• All concepts, drafts, and final deliverables are exclusive intellectual property of RASHAD MIRZAYEV ELSHAD.

• No client may reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any work without explicit written permission.

• Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action and financial liability.

• Mirzayev Digital may use completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and social media, even after delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the execution of services.

• Any delay, incomplete input, or miscommunication does not shift liability to RASHAD MIRZAYEV ELSHAD.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables in a timely manner and communicating revisions according to agreed timelines.

7. Third-Party Services and Hosting Disclaimer

• The website is hosted by Hostinger. Hostinger is not responsible for content, security breaches, or technical issues.

• RASHAD MIRZAYEV ELSHAD is not liable for:

  • Third-party service interruptions

  • Loss of data due to hosting or software errors

  • Delays caused by external providers

8. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes related to orders, refunds, or services will be addressed at the sole discretion of RASHAD MIRZAYEV ELSHAD.

• Legal action may be pursued to protect intellectual property or recover unpaid balances.
